Get Samplead mastered!

Samplead’s personalized outreach system is so unique due in part to its use of trigger based events. A trigger-based event refers to an occurrence or condition that initiates or activates a specific action or response. But did you know that you can actually control what trigger based events Samplead tracks? This article will show you how to control what Samplead tracks as a trigger based event.

The first step is to navigate to your settings page. You can do this by locating the settings gear in the top right corner.

Once you’ve reached the settings page, scroll down and go to the second page. You can go to the second page by clicking the arrow next to the text that reads “page 1 of 2.”

Once you’ve reached the second page, you will see a the trigger based events section on the right side under the text “What would you like us to track?”. Here is where you can choose what events you’d like Samplead to track and use in its outreach process.

That explains how to control what trigger based events Samplead will use. If you have any problems or questions, please contact customer support.
