How to find Prospects you denied + reasons
Whenever a prospect is denied, best practice is to provide a reason, this helps to teach the system and refine the ICP. This guide explains where to find denied prospects and their denial reasons.
- From the home page, click on the “Prospect” tab on the left hand side of the screen.
- Once on the Prospect page, you want to click on the tab that says “Denied” on the top of the page.
- Now you will be able to see all of the prospects your company has denied.
- And on the right side, you will be able to review the reason why this prospect was denied.
