How to Filter Messages By Status
In ‘Messages’, you can view all messages from different prospect statuses. This guide explains how to filter and view messages only from prospects who have eg, replied, shown interest, or have been recognized by the system as booked.
- From the home page, click on the ‘Messages’ tab at the left hand side of the screen.
- Once in the messages page, click on the three lines to the right of the search bar
- Click on ‘Filter by status’ and then choose what status types you would like to view.
- Select the status types
