How to Override Status
If the user wishes to relabel the status of a prospect, it can be manually overridden.
- From the Home Page, click on the ‘Messages’ tab at the left hand side of the screen.
- Once you find the specific prospect in the Messages page, click on the three dots at the top right corner of the screen.
- Click ‘Override Status’
- Choose the new status.
