Whenever the prospect responds, the automation stops, so this is what to do once past the first step.

  1. From the home page, go to Messages on the left hand side of the screen.

  1. Next, find the prospect you wish to respond to.

  1. The next step is recommended if the prospect replies with something like “Thanks for Connecting”. Sending the prospect back into the campaign sequence it was designated to. You do this by clicking on the ‘Resume Sequence’ button

  1. You can also respond to the prospect using an AI generated message. Click on the message below and it will auto-fill your response.

5. If the response is not suitable for what you want to say, you can create your own response message by typing it in the text box.
